How to send your rough materials for cutting?

Describe the materials as "Stone Samples"or "Mineral Samples" with no commercial value.
Regarding the value declare, please provide the stone name, weight, quantity and any other information of your rough material to us by email before shipping, so that we can give you an advice for that.
Please send the rough to Our Chinese factory directly , which the address is: Aster Gem & Jewelry Co.,Ltd.

Send the rough material by international courier, e.g. UPS, DHL, Global Priority Mail or registered mail with a signed statement inside saying that "the material is being sent for cutting and return, no commercial value" and complete cutting instruction include the pictures,sketches or drawings and samples if possible in your package.
